The Summerset Soaps Return Policy

We put a lot of heart and passion into the product range we make.  We do our best and carefully select and test the products we make among ourselves, and we too give friends and family to try them and get their valued feedback.  Every day we work to improve how remake these goods so that we are happy, our loved ones are happy, our future customer and you, are happy.  Summer ain't right if everyone is unhappy!

In spite of our best intentions, mistakes happen.  A soap bar giving an odd smell while washing under the tap.  Maybe the scent was not what you expected.  Humidity (especially in our country) affects a product negatively.  Or, something we had never experienced ourselves or anticipated goes awry.

In any event, we'll make it right.  If you are not delighted with your Summerset Soap's purchase,  email us ([email protected]) or call us (+6012 305 9817/ +6016 616 8878) within 15 days from the date you received your item.  At that point, we’ll provide a replacement, suggest an alternative, or refund your purchase.

We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.  If you wish to return your order you will be responsible for shipping expenses. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. We encourage you to ship your return using a method that will allow you to track your package.

Please include your purchase order number with the items you wish to return.

If you need to organise a refund, the procedure is EASY. Just contact us and we will get the ball rolling.

Please note that conditions do apply and all returns do not apply to promotional offers or sample sized products.  

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned with their packaging in original condition.

This policy is not valid for wholesale or business customers.
